People are the backbone of Neways.  I become your sponsor and in return, you will become a sponsor of someone else.  You can pick any number of people for recruits, but let’s choose 3 as an example.  The more you recruit, the more you earn.  These people become your “downline”.  You become their sponsor. They will also join the $150 gold direct ship program and find 3 more people.  For each person you recruit as a distributor, you immediately receive a $50 bonus.   This repays your initial  ’monthly direct ship cost’.
